Any compatible cartridge in original package, un-opened and in resellable condition can be returned within 5 days from date of receipt of the item after getting RMA#. Unless we shipped the wrong item,
the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by sohoToner.com and 20% restocking fee.

An order can not be cancelled once it has been processed for shipment. If the customer refuses to accept the shipment, the customer will be responsible for shipping and handling charges incurred by sohoToner.com and 20% restocking fee.

sohoToner.com guarantees you that the cartridge will not cause any damage to the compatible machine. sohoToner.com will reimburse the customer up to $50 or replace the machine at our discretion, if it is proved that the cartridge caused damage to the machine. The customer will have to submit a written statement to that effect with all the details from a technician of an authorized service center.

While our site provides help in finding cartridge or part numbers for a machine, we suggest that customers refer to the machine's manual before placing an order.
