We sell high quality toner cartridges. The performance and page yield would match or exceed the brand name OEM cartridges. You can buy our toner cartridges with confidence. Even though the defect rate is very very low, there could be an occasional need to return the cartridge. We will refund or replace the cartridge at no extra cost to you.
Our return procedure is straightforward and simple. You simply need to obtain
an RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization) number from us, fill out the RMA form and
send it to us.
The most common cause of non-performance of a good laser toner cartridge is either the sealing tape is not removed or the cartridge is empty. Check to make sure that you removed the sealing tape of the toner cartridge and that the toner cartridge is not empty before requesting for RMA#. The returned cartridge should contain at least 50% toner in it. Please note that we need to include this condition to prevent return of empty cartridges.
Step 1:
Send email to support @ sohotoner.com with the order number, date of purchase, your name, phone number, email, address, nature of problem. We will send you a return shipping label.
Step 2:
Fill in the RMA form and send it along with the product. Pack the cartridge in the original toner box. Use caution to prevent any damage to the cartridges. The customer will be responsible to return the cartridge in good condition. We are not responsible for any products returned without our authorization.
Step3:
If the cartridge is found to be defective, sohoToner.com will either send you a replacement toner or refund the cartridge price at your option. It may take up to 2 weeks or more to process the request after receiving the toner cartridge.
If the toner cartridge is found to be non-defective, the customer will not get any credit and can request for return of the cartridge within a week of notification. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges and handling charges.
